These terms apply to all visitors, applicants, and enrolled students of Market Makers Academy.
Market Makers Academy provides trading education content and curriculum materials for educational purposes only.
We are an education provider. We are not a financial advisor, investment advisor, broker, or regulated financial institution.
Nothing on this website, in our curriculum, or in any communication from Market Makers Academy constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

ALL content provided by Market Makers Academy — including but not limited to course materials, market analysis, Market Insights publications, email communications, community discussions, and any other content — is provided for EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
Nothing we publish, teach, or communicate should be interpreted as:
Trading financial instruments including foreign exchange, commodities, indices, and futures involves SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.

You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Market Makers Academy accepts no liability for any trading losses incurred as a result of applying concepts learned through our programme.
By enrolling in Market Makers Academy you confirm that you understand and accept these risks.
Access to Market Makers Academy requires a successful application. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Market Makers Academy reserves the right to decline any application without providing a reason.
Upon acceptance, access to the programme is granted following receipt of the programme fee of €297 (or current price at time of acceptance). Payment is processed securely through our payment provider.
All sales are final. Given the digital nature of the programme and the immediate access provided upon payment, we do not offer refunds. The application process exists specifically to ensure genuine fit and commitment before payment is requested. By making payment you confirm you have read all available information and are committed to the programme.
Enrolled students receive lifetime access to the programme content including all future additions made to the curriculum.
Market Makers Academy offers a limited number of free access places each quarter for traders who demonstrate genuine commitment but cannot afford the programme fee.
Free access is granted entirely at the discretion of Market Makers Academy. There is no obligation to grant free access to any applicant. Applications for free access are reviewed personally and decisions are final.
Market Makers Academy may, entirely at its own discretion, provide selected graduates with access to funded trading evaluation opportunities.
This is not guaranteed to any student. It is not a contractual obligation. It is a discretionary benefit offered to traders who demonstrate exceptional commitment and progress.
Market Makers Academy makes no representation regarding the likelihood of receiving this benefit or any specific outcomes from participating in funded evaluation programmes.
All content on marketmakers.academy including text, graphics, logos, course materials, methodology frameworks, and Market Insights publications are the intellectual property of Market Makers Academy.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, copy, or share any content from Market Makers Academy without explicit written permission.
Enrolled students may use course materials for their own personal trading education only. Sharing, reselling, or distributing course materials to third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
Students who gain access to the private Market Makers Academy community agree to:
Market Makers Academy reserves the right to remove any student from the community and revoke programme access without refund for breach of community standards.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Market Makers Academy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of this website or participation in our programme.
This includes but is not limited to trading losses, loss of profit, loss of data, or any other financial loss.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for programme access.
Market Makers Academy makes no warranty that this website will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
Market data displayed on this website is provided by third party services and may be delayed. It is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for trading decisions.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
Market Makers Academy reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
